Gear pump filling module is your top choice to meet your high speed and accuracy filling requirements. Besides, PLC and Touchscreen system brings more benefits for easy operation.

    FEATURES:
      • With CE mark. No danger concern!
      • 316 and 316L stainless steel metering pump and product contact parts
      • Color touch screen changes fill volume in second with easy LCD reading display
      • Apply liquid like water, lotion, shampoo, hot sauce(under 40℃) or any other free flowing liquid
      • Sanitary ferrules with quick release stainless steel sanitary clamps for easy cleaning of pump and nozzle
      • Product inlet from main tank supply.
      • Foot pedal operation,auto-cycle timer and manual operation are interchangeable
      • To avoid splashing, drip-free filling nozzles with closed-tip for light and viscous products
      • Auto-cycle timer allows for continuous bottle filling
      • Without taking whole set machine apart, clean metering pump module only
